ALBUFERA SAUCE

 

Ingredients:

1 qt.           Supreme Sauce

3 fl oz.       Glace de Volaille

2 oz.          Red Pepper Butter

Procedure:

1. Bring supreme sauce to light simmer and add glace de volaille, red pepper butter and, once uniform, add salt and pepper to taste.

 

2. Serve like you love it ....

         ...cause you do!
