Apple Salsa



4 oz.          Apples, Granny Smith, small dice in lime water and drained

2 c.            Lime Water (1/2 cup lime juice, 1 1/2 cold water mixed together)

2 oz.          Peach, white and firm, small dice

1 tsp.         Orange zest, chopped up

1 tsp.         Lemon zest, chopped up

1 tsp.         Lime zest, chopped up

1 tsp.         Jalapeno, mince

1 tsp.         Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 oz.       Nutmeg, ground

4 Tbsp.     Cilantro, chopped up

8 oz.         Cranberry sauce, jellied and from a can

2 fl. oz.     Water

1. Small Dice Apples and mix with lime water. Let sit for at least 10 minutes and drain.


2. In a large bowl mix together seasonings and liquids and lit sit while you prep the ingredients.


3. Cut remaining ingredients according to ingredient list, mix together with apples. Add to bowl and toss thoroughly.

Pro Tip:

-If once mixed there is excess of liquid, drain lightly. Leave a little moisture in but don't let salsa soak.

-Flavors will intensify over night in fridge.
