Asian BBQ Ribs



1/4 cup      Fermented Chinese Black Beans

1/2 cup      Soy Sauce

1/4 cup      Sesame Oil

1/4 cup     Rice Vinegar

1/2 cup     Brown Sugar

1/4 cup     Tupelo Honey or Molasses

2/3 cup     Hoisin Sauce

1/4 cup     Horseradish, fresh

1/4 cup     Dijon

1 Tbsp       Garlic, minced

1/2 cup     Ketchup

30-35         Chicken Wings


 1. Combine all except chicken wings. Whisk or stir until well combined.


2. Toss wings in sauce and refrigerate for approximately 6 hours.


3. Preheat oven to 400 F. and arrange wings on baking sheet in single layer.


4. Bake making sure to baste and turn about every 15 minutes or so.


7 hours (w/ marinade time)
