HERBED E.V.OIL

Ingredients:

3 oz.           Basil or Chives or Tarragon or Chervil ... FRESH

1 oz.           Parsley, flat leaf.

16 fl. oz.     Extra Virgin Olive Oil of choice, finer the better

Procedure:

1. If you are using the Basil blanch and shock it first. Massage other herbs in the palm of your hand for a few seconds and then .....

 

2. Puree herbs of choice in a blender or processor with half of the oil then mix in with the rest of the oil. Refrigerate for 1-6 hours then if desired strain making sure to press all the oil from the herbs.

 

3. Transfer to nonreactive container and refrigerate for up to 30 days.
