BBQ SAUCE #1

Ingredients:

8 oz           Onion, yellow, small dice

1 oz           Garlic, minced

1 fl. oz.     Vegetable Oil

6 fl. oz.     Red Wine Vinegar

1 oz.          Brown Sugar

2 fl. oz.     Honey

8 fl. oz.     Beef Stock

10 oz.        Ketchup

1 oz.          Dry Mustard

2 Tbsp.     Worcestershire Sauce

TT             S/P

TT             Cayenne

Procedure:

1. Sauté onion and garlic in the oil under light and tender.

 

2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and stir uniformly with a wooden spoon.

 

3. Simmer gently for about a half an hour. Make sure desired texture has been reached.

 

4. Cool, use and or reserve for up to a couple of weeks.
