Ingredients:

24 fl. oz.    Bearnaise Sauce

2 oz.           Tomato Paste

2 fl. oz.      Heavy Cream

 

Procedure:

 

1. Stir in the 2 ounces of the tomato paste and the 2 fluid ounces of heavy cream to the Bearnaise Sauce.
