CORN TORTILLA

 

 

Ingredients:

2 cups       Masa Harina

pinch        Salt

1 cup        Water, warm


 

Procedure:

   

1. Combine in a metal bowl with wooden spoon until mixture forms a dough.

   

2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 4-5 minutes until no longer sticky. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow to rest for about an hour at room temp.

    

3. Divide dough into 6-12 equal portions.
