CORNSTARCH SLURRY

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp       Cold Water

2 Tbsp       Cornstarch

 

Procedure:

  

1. Mix together in small dish or container with spoon until uniform and smooth.

2. Use to thicken sauces about 10 minutes before finishing sauce in order to cook out starch taste.
