FETTUCCINE ALFRAEDO (QUICK)
8 oz. Fettuccine Noodles (fresh, store bought or whatever)
12 fl. oz. Heavy Cream
2 oz. Butter
2 oz. Parmesan, grated
TT S/Wh. Pepper
TT Nutmeg (optional)
16 fl. oz. Alfredo Sauce
Steep fettuccine noodles in boiling water and cook mostly.
In sauce pot either make or heat Alfredo sauce to light simmer and toss in pasta.
In sauce pan bring heavy cream, parmesan and butter to a gentle boil and reduce slightly.
Toss pasta into pan and toss with sauce. Continue boiling until pasta is cooked to taste and sauce is thick enough.
Adjust seasoning with salt, white pepper and nutmeg is desired.
