GYOZA SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 clove      Garlic

1                Chili, barely minced (chinese or vietnamese type if possible)

1 oz.          Sugar

3.5 fl. oz.  Malt Vinegar

9 oz.         Soy Sauce of choice

1 tsp.        Sesame Oil

TT             Salt

TT             Sesame Seeds, tosated (optional garnish)

1-3 Tbsp.  Scallions, chopped uniformly (optional garnish)

Procedure:

1. Saute the garlic and chili until aromatic.

 

2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients then garnish according to taste if desired.
