HORSERADISH SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 qt.           Allemande Sauce

4 fl. oz.      Heavy Cream

1 tsp.         Dry Mustard

2 oz.          Horseradish, fresh and grated

Procedure:

1. Bring allemande sauce to a gentle simmer and whisk in heavy cream and dry mustard.

  

2. Just before you serve the sauce, while it is still warm of course but not on the stove whisk in the horseradish.
