Ingredients:

1 qt.           Demi-Glace

4 fl. oz.      Madeira or Ruby Port Wine

Procedure:

 1. Bring Demi to a boil for a quick bit reducing by a lil’ bit.

  

2. Stir in Madeira Wine or Ruby Port Wine.
