MUSHROOM ALLEMANDE

Ingredients:

1 qt.          Allemande Sauce

4 oz.          Mushrooms, sliced (I like Shitake)

1/2 oz.       Butter

2 tsp.         Lemon Juice

Procedure:

1.   Saute sliced mushrooms in butter then add lemon juice then stir in allemande sauce.
