1 # Bread Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 oz Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
4 oz Butter, chilled and cubed
2 tsp. Vinegar, cider
8 fl. oz. Whole Milk
1. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Using a pastry cutter or 2 knives cut butter into mixture. Work dough until it is crumbly.
3. Mix wet ingredients into dough until fully incorporated and absorbed. Knead until smooth.
4. Shape dough into 10 inch disk, wrap and refrigerate for an hour or more.
