PEAR & APPLE CHIPS
5 Apples of choice
5 Pears of choice (I like asian, the brown kind)
TT Kosher salt, freshly gound black pepper (if desired)
TT Nutmeg (if desired)
TT Cinnamon (if desired)
1. Wash and core the apples and pears. Using a very sharp chefs knife or mandolin slice into thin chips.
2. Lay out on silicone pad or baking sheet and, if desired, sprinkle to taste with and combination of above spices.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake on silicone pad or nonstick baking pan for 20-30 minutes making sure to flip once about half way through.
4. They are done when crispy. Remove and allow to cool on wire rack. Store in tupperware.
