PICKLED GRAPES

Ingredients:

1# 12 oz.    Sugar

22 fl. oz.    Vinegar, white wine

2 sticks      Cinnamon

1/2 tsp.      Salt

2.5 #          Grapes

Procedure:

1. Simmer sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and salt together for about 5 minutes.

   

2. Place grapes in nonreactive container and pour pickling solution over them. Cool and refrigerate.

   

3. Grapes are ready to serve after a few hours or over night. Hold under refrigeration for up to 2 weeks.

    

4. Feel free to use pickling liquid as flavor enhancer for other dish, sauce or whatever...its pretty tasty.
