POACHED EGG

Ingredients:

2-4 cups    Water

1 tsp           Salt

1 fl. oz.      Vinegar, white

2                 Eggs (Lg AA if you can)

Procedure:

1. Just simple poached eggs are exactly that, simple. Bring water to a simmer in a pot.

  

2. Crack first egg carefully into a bowl then slide into water without breaking yoke ... if your feeling slick just crack the egg carefully into the water.

  

3. Repeat with the second.

  

4. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until whenever you feel its done.

   

5. Remove with slotted spoon or spatula and place with desired accompaniments.
