REMOULADE SAUCE

Ingredients:

24 fl. oz.     Mayonnaise or Aioli

2 oz.            Capers (drain them, rinse then chop them)

3 Tbsp.        Chives (chopped ‘em up)

3 Tbsp.        Chervil (chopped ‘em up)

3 Tbsp.        Tarragon (chop all of ‘em up too)

1/2 oz          Dijon Mustard

1 tsp.           Anchovy Paste

TT                Worcestershire Sauce

TT                Tabasco Sauce

Procedure:

1. Combine, mix and whirl all ingredients about. Adjust seasonings ... add S/P to taste if desired and chill then serve. Or just serve .... it’s whatever’s clever.
