1/2 cup      White Wine

3 cups        Arborio Rice

1/2 cup      Parm, grated

1/2 cup      Chives, finely chopped

1                 Egg, lightly beaten

5 oz.           Sun dried tomatoes, chopped

4 oz.           Mozzarella, diced

1/2 cup       Peas, frozen but thawed!

As Needed  Flour, seasoned to tast

3                 Eggs, lightly beaten

3 Tbsp.       Milk or water

2 cups        Breadcrumbs of choice

As Needed Oil for frying
