ROSEMARY GARLIC VINEGAR

Ingredients:

16 fl. oz.    White Wine Vinegar

4 cloves     Garlic

8 sprigs      Rosemary, very fresh

1 Tbsp.       Black Peppercorns, whole

Procedure:

1. Place garlic cloves along a skewer and place in appropriately sized bottle with sprigs of rosemary and black peppercorns.

    

2. Warm white wine vinegar and pour into bottle. Allow to return to room temperature, cap and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
