SOY-GINGER MARINADE

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp.      Sesame Oil

1/4 cup      Soy Sauce, hot

2 Tbsp.      Rice Wine (Mirin if possible)

1 Tbsp.      Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp.      Ginger, fresh and minced

1 tsp.         Sugar, granulated

Procedure:

1.  Mix together in a nonreactive bowl with a whisk and reserve for up to a couple weeks.
