THYME RASPBERRY VINEGAR

Ingredients:

16 fl. oz.     Red Wine Vinegar or Champagne Vinegar

10 sprigs    Thyme, as fresh as possible

25-30          Raspberries

Procedure:

 

1. Place in glass jar thyme and raspberries.

   

2. Warm vinegar and pour into jar.

   

3. Allow to come to room temperature, cap and keep in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
